You can celebrate the win, but nothing else. The historical problem is that once a company raises prices to cover the costs, they rarely, if ever, "lower" those prices once the tariff is removed. See Clinton's auto import tariffs of the 90s: no prices dropped when they expired.

Except this ruling protects Trump even as it rules against him. His bullying tariffs were second only to the Epstein files in damaging his presidency. The Court didn’t punish him; it saved him from himself.
