He is saying he's clients should get the refund in his clients or the companies who sold the goods upon which the tariffs were levied is not saying that we?The consumers who bought those goods should get a refund.

So let me understand this: T likes the Supreme Court when they rule in his favor but when they don’t, he wants to fire them.

Like every other Trump action, this will need to be taken to court. I'm sure it is just being done to stall as long as possible until the victims get tired. Such is the American legal system that favors the wealthy.

Good luck, they govt wont even give us interest on our money they take and then refund for taxes, although if it's a business they might have better luck since the govt doesn't care about is citizens only corporations

A regressive result, especially since the research suggests that American consumers and American firms split the burden of tariffs nearly equally.

I was referring to the big corps. that keep making record profits and blaming tariffs. Small businesses that have been impacted absolutely deserve a refund
