Also Kalshi works hard to be only regulated by the CFTC, which should have 5 members. Under Trump there is only the chairman, an unqualified Trump sycophant. There should be four other members, two Dem and two GOP, but those seats are empty. Staff has been gutted as well. So, really no regulation.
