For a long while, ~ I've felt no benchmark (that I know of) has captured the relationship between ~ reactivity and rendering We have rendering benchmarks. We have reactivity benchmarks. I had to make my own. I did not expect these results

Very cool benchmark! Thank you for doing it. As a reluctant react shill, I have to ask if React Compiler is being used and if it is in production mode.

Interesting benchmark! (that I don't fully understand but I'm on it) It would be nice to compare with how high/low the numbers can go with an "optimal" vanilla JS implementation compared alongside the other frameworks

agreed! I had AI vibe a vanilla variant, but I didn't like what it did so I haven't merged it. if you visit the benchmark site (link later in the thread) there are boxplots for all these benches, which gets you high/low/etc

Shocking! I feel like I never see/hear angular mentioned in perf discussions and yet here it is absolutely crushing the competition. I’m excited for the perf improvements that will no doubt spread through the ecosystem as a result of these new measurements.

I am not sure, i haven't tested 3.5 -- I picked the pre-release here hoping I'd get vue-vapor -- but I've since learned that's not how it works. lol The vue implementation here should def be using Vapor tho

(So that I can improve Ember, ofc) To my surprise, Angular is leading ahead of everyone. *By far*. Impressive stuff, Angular team! Seriously! absolute nutso!

Anyone and everyone is welcome to challenge me on these benchmarks -- I haven't intended it to be a super serious community tool or anything, but I just wanted to celebrate the Angular team's hard work on getting the perf balance this tight.
