We know that little kids as well as other animals are sentient because they have the biological and physical structures for sentience. A computational algorithm is not sentient, does not "feel" anything.

Well people are becoming reliant on Amazon for shopping, and Amazon use robots! So go to a shop instead of buying online! Walk for your McDonalds or Pizza, MAYBE even cook your own food, but that not trending online!

Food delivery in general is a soul-less, mind-less experience. If you want human interaction, go out to eat! If you just want calories shovelled into your mouth, a robot is fine.

I don’t think it’s nice to kick it, tip it over, that’s rude. I feel sorry for the thing, lost as it is. An immigrant on a bicycle is quicker and better at food delivery, so I don’t see the point.

Robots are stealing jobs from people.

Did people engaged in the drugery of food delivery even have a quality of life we should respect? Do you have any data to support you claim that millions of jobs have been lost?

Robot food delivery seems premature based on results. Time to go back to the drawing board and make massive improvements OR stop these robot delivery experiments.
