Would you be willing to share some specifics? "Lies to people for money" is a literal accusation of fraud that could be actionable.

Fraud has a really high burden of proof and just being wrong isn't a crime, you need to prove that he knew he was wrong and kept saying it anyway because it made him money. I mean I'd like to see that lawsuit if only because Discovery would be funny as fuck, but it'd also be gross lawfare.

Like I hate the guy but I've got standards, I'm not gonna cheer for someone assaulting him through gross and immoral means.
