lol. Come on, you don’t believe that. Lying isn’t the least bit illegal. Fraud and libel are specific things, tune into any lefty or righty pundit and they do nothing but lie, but if it’s not libel or fraud it’s just sparkling propaganda.

Lying to people for money can be fraud but does not have to be. You should be careful about accusing people of tortuous and/or criminal conduct.

Fraud has a really high burden of proof and just being wrong isn't a crime, you need to prove that he knew he was wrong and kept saying it anyway because it made him money. I mean I'd like to see that lawsuit if only because Discovery would be funny as fuck, but it'd also be gross lawfare.
