The Geneva Convention; The third Convention mandates that prisoners of war must be protected against insults and public curiosity, meaning their images and personal information are not to be publicized, unless there's a compelling public interest and the images don't disclose identities. #kristinoem

Amen and one of the guys the lawyer is trying to get a hold of him and I told her you can't talk to him! He was a hairdresser and he was gay he just happened to have a piece tattoo on his arm so they decided that meant he was in the gang! I can't wait till Karma takes care of the Republican Party

OK so if I understand your point here after just reading a summary of that book, she's playing a role in normalizing this kind of imagery that ultimately leads to acceptance of extremism, so placing it under "she's got boobs" is not the right thing to comment on.

Because I use to work at a prison never have I ever walked through a housing unit and they weren’t yelling even if it wasn’t at me but each other. Trust and believe that was an odd and very very unusual scene

Did they though? I thought that’s the point of the rule of law you know the bit that says you can’t just round up people with tattoos and imprison them you need to be sure they have done what you think they have.

When she got home from school, Noem’s daughter asked where the dog, Cricket, was. Obviously it was a pet she was looking forward to seeing. This really bothered me.

I think the story was he was going to be a poor hunting dog — so no good for anyone. It broke my heart when I read that. There’s always a way to rehome dogs without serious behavioral issues.

Some may qualify as “enemy combatants” but some absolutely were just wrong place wrong time and found themselves in the crosshairs of mindless ICE thugs. That’s what happens when we elect a tyrant who gleefully does away with the 5th and 14th amendments (due process). Now they can disappear anyone.

worse ICE doesn't care if you entered legally or not, or if you committed crimes. One guy was waiting legally for his Amnesty hearing. He "disappeared" into that prison 2 days before his hearing and was put into THAT prison. '
