WATCH: Student Kenneth Santizo captured ICE and FBI officers stopping a family on their way to church in the Boston suburbs last May. Agents broke the window, forced Daniel Flores-Martinez to his knees and slammed him to the ground while his children and his wife, a U.S. citizen, sobbed in the car.

Last July, ProPublica documented nearly 50 incidents of immigration officers shattering car windows to make arrests — a tactic experts and former ICE insiders say was rarely used before President Trump began his second term:

Every single one, from the policy maker and politician, to the individual ICE fascists on the street, should be identified and registered, and brought before a court and jury in a future USA. They will pay for their crimes against the people.

Without a judicial warrant it's an illegal act. No administrative warrant allows ICE to do this. And it's certainly illegal without any warrant. The entire federal deportation apparatus has consistently operated outside the law since Trump took office.

Caution: Pretty sure vehicles are not legally protected spaces like residences are (though possibly different legal definitions if they are actual mobile homes).

The actual wording on administrative warrants is "non-public spaces." I'm not sure whether a car is public or non-public, but I'm inclined to think the latter.

Not to mention, totally ineffective. Dragging an unwilling person out of a car is nearly impossible. The driver has a perfectly designed handhold in a steering wheel, is wedged in a seat, and the person trying to drag them out has no mechanical leverage. Actual cops learned this decades ago.
