What we need is a department in the government that has the teeth to enforce this. People who enforce constitutional law shouldn't fear the criminal breaking it.

Trump will declare tariff victory and that he's fixed the problem (that didn't exist). He will say the court decision was unnecessary as he was about to rescind the tariffs anyway. Remember, DJT and his people are geniuses when it comes to spin and propaganda.

Why is he still allowed to pick and choose what laws he follows and which ones he calls "extreme leftist danger to america" Or some such BS? The President should be a leading example. Not a National embarrassment.

Another great "lower court" ruling. Think of where we'd be if the Supreme Court exercised the same common sense, wisdom, and courage these jurists show in standing up to our lawless would-be emperor.

Tariffs should require congressional approval. Trump erroneously claims there is an emergency and has been using tariffs to shake down our trading partners, while falsely saying they are paid by the exporting countries when they are actually a tax paid by us.
