This is a fight I've given up (and think others should too). Ostensible pro-democracy liberals still on X/Twitter (at least exclusively/primarily) are garbage humans with questionable moral judgement and opinions not worth listening to. They're as lost as full-blown MAGA fascists. Write them off.

4/ euthanized. The group meant a lot to me, and, I think, to each of us. But I finally left Twitter at around the time Musk joined the new administration. I'd thought I couldn't leave. But ultimately I had to. Some of it has been reconstructed here on Bluesky, but it's a shadow of what it was.

X, Facebook - all of them. Anybody bitching about billionaires needs to rethink feeding them your privacy. Maybe its impossible to cut all these monopolies out of our lives but we can drastically reduce dependency. Better protest than any strike or rally.

Everyone lost their excuse once SkyFollowerBridge came out - & it was one of the 1st BIG community tools for account migration. I 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 annoying to folk still supporting that shit hole because the window for allowance slammed a long time ago, I don't even wanna see screenshots if they aren't pre-musk

Yeah I made a whole thread about this because it was pissing me off how many ppl I watch videos/animation/streams or read books/comics from keep using that hell site. I wouldn't have known about the Gravity Falls art book w/o my friend seeing a reddit post. Alex Hirsch won't fucking leave.

I feel like we need to put more pressure on artists and public figures to leave Twitter.🧵 There are so many reasons to leave: •Elon is benefitting from every person still using twitter because it attracts advertisers. •Elon can get more eyes on the political propaganda the more people use it.
