Yeah people are right to be outraged, but words have meanings. Ukraine is not our ally, Russia is not our enemy, and throttling satellites might not reach the threshold for treason.

Even if they just posture enough of a threat to Musk that he feels like he has to flee the country would be a win I think

I can be convinced otherwise, but treason against Ukraine is not treason against the US. It's a violation of something (Logan Act?), but seems Russia is not an enemy in the legal sense. But I would be happy for an investigation and trial.

Ukraine would be well within its rights to black bag his ass to Ukraine to stand trial.

The assumption is that eventually, when he gets around to it, Trump will pardon everyone who works for him/gives him money. So I propose we just deport them all to Iran.

There used to be bus service to and from Kyiv if you could afford the *unbelievable* hazard cost, but it's so dangerous now that there are no more buses.

They are also still aiding Ukraine to some degree so if he wants to argue that the US is on Russia's side then it stands to reason that supplying Ukraine would be treason instead.
