Beautiful!

I took this last night from glorious 🇨🇦 .

Nice one!

I love the bright orange moon. It's beautiful.

I got you, i was awake and took this beauty

It was a beautiful moonrise

Me too!

Beautiful shot!👍

You were missing out. It was beautiful Lunar eclipse

Tint it red and call it a night!

If I manage to snap just one photo this good on any given day, I'm satisfied.

Nice

Mine is much worse. Too much light pollution at our hotel. 😕

Why do all these eclipses happen at night, so inconvenient?😎

Ole Yeller.

Here is what you missed. This is how it looked in Chicago at the lakefront.

We can see it happening here in Seattle, in between passing clouds! Awesome

I saw a previous stream on my partners phone

I went to bed, my allergies were acting up and every time I went outside I was dripping, so I went to bed

I missed it but it was also very cloudy here.

Here you go

We got thick clouds and blowing rain. Nary a peek.

Did it hit your eye?

Our view

The cat woke me up.

My silly Google phone's camera would never take a clear shot like this. Thanks.

Here’s my half-assed yet still somehow pleasing (to me) iPhone shot from my MN deck at 1:33am CT:

My half asleep shots from 2:30am in the Adirondacks.

😍🌔😍

Wow. That’s gorgeous.

Finally, insomnia for the win!

Bean’s habit of wanting to go out at 3:30 a.m. finally paid off.

Me neither. And me too.

Minnesota just starting here

Texas had creepy tornado looking clouds near the lunar eclipse

Choking. Making it hard to breathe. As New Mexicans say, Arizona bl..wsand Texas s…ks.

Gorgeous!

You know, it really is made of cheese 😎

Just to let you know that I'm using this as my Windows desktop wallpaper for now - it's a realy pretty pictue!

Me neither. I'm definitely/maybe sleeping like a baby. It happens when we have northern lights too. Definitely a nice moon photo.

I woke at 3am to see the eclipse, but I was too overcast. Nice moon pic. 🌕🌚🙂

I watched it. Looked like a bunch of clouds

Beautiful shot

epic shots! we had total cloud cover 😞

Slava Ukraine! 😉

That's so cool!

Wow! So beautiful.

Very nice shot!!! Great job!! 💙🌕💙🌕💙🌕💙🌕💙

Hey! Your moon looks just like MY moon!

Beautiful shot!

Is it cheese?

Another for your viewing pleasure.

I’m staying up!

Same here, I did set my alarm and peeked at the red moon at 1am

I SAW IT!!! (I woke up - Don't ask). A M A Z I N G!

Great photo. Our moon is hard to photograph.

Beautiful

I'll be up getting ready to go to work. Finally, having to work at this ungodly hour has a benefit!

It’s not the best

Yellow moon. Even our satellite is pissed

We had clouds.

That’s pretty

Me: hey a lunar eclipse is going on! The sky:

Here ya go from Southern Illinois!!

I forgot, and never actually looked. It matters little, because this is our usual astronomical event weather around these parts.

i have a shot of the moon rising for you

My still photos sucked but I do like this earlier video..

Pixel 8 pro. Default settings. Point and click.

I peaked at it about half an hour ago. It looked like a carnelian agate. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a picture.

I set an alarm and took some photos about an hour north of Tampa.

It wasn't too bad for me. I set my alarm for just before the totality.

me too...thank you for the lovely photo

Excellent photo

Do I smell iPhone? Lol

I got this tonight

Amazing!

👍

But still funny

It’s the little things keeping some of us sane at the moment. Thank you!

But is it made of cheese?

Bad moon rising

I wouldn't worry, it'll be the same as the last one. Solar eclipse is a whole different story, if you miss it, you'll have to wait a lifetime for the next one to come by your area again.

I watched from 4 to 6, But it clouded over before the eclipse.

Beautiful ❤️

Bad moon rising.

I see the bad moon a-rising I see trouble on the way I see earthquakes and lightning I see bad times today Don't go around tonight Well, it's bound to take your life There's a bad moon on the rise

The eclipse was gorgeous here, with perfect stargazing weather!

Miss it? No problem. Here it is for you all. www.youtube.com/live/BguB5KS...

I see what you did there John 👀

I see my alarm and saw it but photos didn’t come out.

Here's one from off Hikes ln. (for those not from the area this is the same city different neighborhood). still trying to get better and all I have is my phone

If the universe wants us to see, it should happen at a more convenient time..

I caught it on the road in Wisconsin this morning!

Did I miss another biannual once in a lifetime celestial event?

It was amazing. Slow and fascinating. It’s no wonder ancient folk got freaked out by such phenomenon. It was really red, too. (Picture courtesy of a friend and his excellent camera.)

We're expecting rain.

A few more pics, blurry but I was able to capture the redness on the moon.

❤️

Got a grand view at my place. It was really exciting to watch. Nice thing about being away from city lights is the view of the night sky.

Same here.

Beautiful!

Bad moon?

Lovely juxtaposition and light I appreciate the refocus Our precious earth is generous

That’s a stunning shot—golden hour but for the whole moon. The eclipse might be a no-go for you, but this pic already delivers major celestial vibes.

well done, lad.

youtu.be/Z8S1EkoHvUo?... moon tunes. next month

I packed it in at 3.45 am UK time. Absolutely shattered!

😂 That’s where I was before I went outside to peek.

Beautiful!
