Apple is anti-union. Tesla is anti-union. Amazon is anti-union. McDonald's is anti-union. Starbucks is anti-union. Google is anti-union. Walmart is anti-union. These mega-corporations aren’t on workers’ side and their actions make it painfully clear.

There’s an easy counter to this. Don’t buy from these companies. Buy from responsible companies that provide workers with a decent salary. This helps families to prosper - helps communities as families spend their money locally. It reduces crime and poverty and makes better places to live.

Project 2025 Heritage Foundation also ends Unions! Federal first! Then State! Then private! Then they take overtime 1.5x $ 40 hour work week gone! They wrote it to get concessions to 45 hours? Or 80 hours in 2 weeks? Or 160 a month! No 40 a week threshold! Time off Tuition Or food? For it? Wth?

They never were. They played ‘just nice enough’ until they had a government that would accelerate greed over the corporate workplace ‘values’ statements they interview and hire against which were and are gaslighting mechanisms to hold employees to account but not their c-suite or board of directors.

They are also contributing to the nation’s poverty by paying less than a living wage. Probably because the workers don’t have a union. #EatTheRich #ShopLocal

All of them depend on the govt to feed and insure their employees. Yes those jobs should all be making a living wage, meaning the minimum wage needs to be taken back from the corporations and provide a living wage.

For decades post W.W.2 both Workers Unions and Employers worked via negotiation to agree a 'win-win' solution that made a life worth working for. 'A fair day's work for a fair day's pay' is not only possible it is what makes for real Social prosperity. Good Unions give Workers an organised voice.

I hear your message, loud and clear, but yam finding it hard to wean myself from amazon (some progress, but not enough) and Apple (all our devices are Apple, and as we are 75, not sure that is going to change much until we kick the bucket). The others on your list are easy, including Starbucks

I’m old enough to remember when many corporations treated their employees well and employees didn’t want to unionize. Now it’s a necessity in order to be treated fairly!

Well I am yet to see a company that is pro union on this planet if that’s any consolation but your message is a key reminder that workers need to protect the fruit of 2 hundred years’ joint struggle, the right to unionize. That’s what fascists attack first invariably.

Think corporations have the option to sacrifice profit for the slaves that earn it think again They are legally mandated to put profit first This is capitalism working exactly as designed including the fascist in the whitehouse that democrats intentionally handed the nation to

Don’t buy into that concept as it’s what led to women being paid less then men doing the same job. We should demand pay equity - same money for same job. The focus should be on supporting families so that children can stay in school, get better educations & live healthy lives. #LivingWages

Some teens (16-19 years old is still a teen) are supporting themselves, or their families. And a LOT of them are waiting tables at even lower wages than other jobs pay. One minimum wage for *everyone*.

Hold on. Ma'am. No. A fair wage is a fair wage no matter what age or gender you are. It is based on the *work that you do* — not *what you are*. No job should pay less than a living wage (assuming full-time work). That is what minimum wage was *intended* to be, as FDR said.

National $25/hour minimum wage, plus health insurance. A national record of companies employees getting tax payer benefits/subsidies and the company billed every year for that amount as part of their tax obligation.

We have eliminated using 98% of this list soon we will be at 100% and life is flourishing and we are just fine🥰💥🇺🇸🌟🕉️☯️☮️ 🚫🚼💩

When companies don't pay people, people don't have money to buy their products. It's a known fact that paying people drives the economy. They have it backwards.

In fact walmarts FIRST UNSKIPPABLE e-training for customer service managers (csm) is how to spot, listen and report any employee, who their talking with, and their freinds if the word union is said and to report it ONLY to the store manager n corporate.

Very short term thinking. If these companies were truly innovative, they would realize that their customer base and the amount they can spend and thus their profits, will increase when more people have more money. They should band together and support unions and higher wages.

union royalty sold out in 1980. fat and happy is no way to union. toothless tigers need a teat. the support of legality for immigrants should have been a core concern. Enough about the past, the fruit to be organized is ripe. Forget brushing, SHARPEN your teeth for God sakes!

All companies are anti-union. Unions are supposed to represent accountability from a worker perspective. The sad thing is that most unions lost the plot. Membership has to create value for members. As industry and technology evolve - so must the union.

Corporations only exist because we let them. We hold the purse strings--our approval keeps them alive. Our money is their oxygen. Without us, they collapse. Media, tech, retail — doesn’t matter. They answer to consumers. To us.

Yes but unions are yet another layer of costs. They're middlemen like insurance. It would be more cost effective if the government did most of what unions do.

Been a bit now, back in 2010 there was a sizeable chunk of the Walmart orientation dedicated specifically to anti-union propoganda. No idea if that's still how it is today. Even in those younger days, it was unattractive.
