Ported Tag implementation to NimbleParsec here. This has potential. I should be able to make it possible to define your own tokens by extending existing ones. ie Tag extraction may be quite different depending on the use case.

I recently rewrote a parser for a data field from regex to nimble. It ended up being slower. But way more fun though!

I once did the same in Ruby for a small social network: github.com/zverok/linkhum You might be interested because it has many realistic edge cases (spec/fixtures) gathered through years of usage.

Yeah I love it. Same in Todoist (they are OGs of natural date time parsing) and Apple Reminders supports it too

Thing is, this isn't done via NLP- but is hard coded. NLP would have a hard time indicating to you which part of the text indicates it, the context/timing expectations, and it would be less reliable in general.
