every country has an endemic Type of Old Person, like how the Southern US has “peepaws that set up at the Hardee’s to talk shit”. what is your country’s Endemic Type of Old Person?

In parts of greater Los Angles, it was old men who’d drag a kitchen chair outside their apartment and sit and stare at everyone all day. Sometimes while smoking. The old women were often seen pushing around “grandma carts” containing groceries.
