There used to be an extension in Chrome that would run a replace command with whatever you designated. Not sure if it still exists, it’s been a couple years since I read fics using the big internet (computer)

Harriet with something more tolerable like Jasmine or Holly or something. I don't think the android chrome app works for this, but firefox works with the chrome extension

Lol, I guess now that I think about it, you could try what I do anytime I read a fem-harry HP fic where the author names the genderbent Harry "Harriet" (I can't read Harry-et and maintain a mental space where she's a girl). When that happens I use a word replacer browser extension to swap the name

bookmarklets! lets some code find and replace any y/n (or other words) entries with your nickname of choice. I know zilch about coding and this was not too bad to set-up. i think there's multiple tutorials on ao3 somewhere, here's one that references ao3 electricalice.github.io/Ao3-bookmark...
