Three years ago, my dad said that all fish are the same shape. Out of spite, I decided to draw all 478 families of bony fish listed in Nelson 2016. There's still some stuff I need to edit and some fish I want to redraw but, after 985 days, I finished my big dumb fish project last night.

yk that app i made? whimsee? it has so much joy in it atm, there's a lot of glimmers and spots out there - but theyre clustered! i wont show a more zoomed in map bc that defeats the object, but see those blank spots? we're missing shared joy there.

I literally do not have the capacity to understand how anyone has the time/money/patience/desire to be in a shared space, enough to see the THE SAME FILM more than once in a place where you have to pay for it. Comfort watch movies are for home, the sofa, the dog, and the ability to sit in your PJs
