It's an ongoing issue with wake from bluetooth. Turn bluetooth off as a workaround for now or switch to the beta, since wake on bluetooth is currently disabled in the latest beta.

The is why Steam Deck is the best PC handheld. Microsoft won’t even put the same amount of effort into Windows when so many people use it for gaming and all these PC handhelds. They need to place 1/10th of the emphasis they have on AI into making Windows not be a hot mess of a dumpster fire.

This is great, but Sleep mode itself still uses far too much power, at least on my Steam Deck. If I sleep instead of completely shut it down, the battery will be drained within a few days. (And if I shut it down, it takes so long to boot that I never want to even use it.)

I'd like it to hibernate, if keeping the RAM alive takes that much battery and that's an unsolvable problem. Or they could make cold boot not take forever, but that'd probably require moving away from AMD as a lot of the time seems to be AMD's pre-boot memory testing before the screen even turns on

What AMD specific stuff is it doing? My desktop PC uses an AMD CPU, AMD GPU, and runs Arch Linux, what the steam deck's OS is based on. But it takes less than 5 seconds to boot.
