Does that mean she had a domicile residence? I don’t think that matters. Should her children be deported? I’m sure there is somewhere in the middle east that would take them.

One parent was a citizen, so that argument is weak. I'm all for honoring the Constitution's clear language, no need to overstate the case. All persons means all persons, and even the tiny exclusions for those who aren't subject to US laws shows it wasn't limited to those born to enslaved people.

This doesn't work and I wish people would stop spreading it. As long as one parent is a US citizen (Trump), a couple's kids are Americans. The birthright covers kids born to immigrants to the US. And those kids are surely US citizens, according to the Constitution.

We still have no proof Melania is a citizen. They were supposed to have a press conference about that in August 2016. It got pushed to "2 weeks". Good thing Baron is more comfortable speaking Slovenian than English.
