Rosie departed last evening after a beautiful nine and a half years after we adopted her -- far too soon. All she knew was how to love and care, and she got so much love and care in return. Please share a fond memory of your pet. It would mean a lot.

I'm so sorry about Rosie, Rain. Here's our previous beagle, Maisie, performing one of her duties: Reference Beagle for snowfall.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Our dog is named Rosie too, she's been so great being a big sister to our 1.5 yr old

I'm so so sorry. :( I'm sure you gave her such a beautiful life so full of love. Here is our fluffy Yeti enjoying one of his favorite places on earth. He was scared of the ocean when we first got him!

Very sorry for your loss I've recently shared with friends how much fluffier Alex and Grace have gotten over the 5 years they have been with us

Here's a very neat picture @laura.tsuk.com took of the dearly departed Dawson and Nutmeg back in 2006. Nutmeg was quite a bit smaller than Dawson, but it was her nature to lean forward and his to lean back.

Here's a bonus picture of one of the current residents, Kai. I just noticed as I posted this how much she looks like a combination of Nutmeg and Dawson.

I'm sorry for your loss. A few dogs that I was lucky enough to live with have crossed the rainbow bridge and it's always a heartbreak. They mean the world to us, and we are their whole world

I’m so sorry to hear about Rosie 💙 wishing well for you and the rest of her loved ones. Sharing Alice, my childhood cat & best friend growing up -- Oct 20 will mark 2 years since she passed. She was my first photography model. Also sharing the two cats I have now, which keep me going strong

I’m very sorry for your loss. Frank has had to endure a lot of hats, but here he is being a pretty power princess.

Sorry to hear it, glad you got to share the love and care with her! Here's Biscuit when he was in his grime phase

I’m so sorry Rain. :( Hopefully you can at least get a smile out of these two fuzz butts sitting behind my LCD looking out the window while I work.

Bankers came round at an early job of mine to discuss financing over bagels. I knew nothing about it, but my dog Chauncey had cream cheese on his back somehow? Found out years later he had jumped on the table and eaten a banker's breakfast He lived 17 years, I cried like a child when he died
