However, the first bit of article seems to identify a group of people who are anti-racist, anti-homophobic, anti-transphobic, and anti- misogynistic and a group of people who are the opposite of the above with some fascism on top.

If I were TCW’s editor, I would have forced him to rewrite the article without using the word ‘woke’ - which has become ubiquitous and thus, meaningless. The resulting piece would describe a shift in influence between two groups trying to accomplish very different goals: equality vs. cruelty.

My favorite bosses came from other countries because they were less offended by disagreements and knew how to navigate them with grace.
