Agreed. I sent Nixon some $. She’s a terrific candidate, but it’s FL, so odds are not good. But we lose 💯 of bets we don’t take. And, if we don’t support good candidates in tough places, only subpar candidates will run, and losses will continue. In TX Beto walked so Talarico could run.

I respectfully disagree. I think the Dems have a very limited pot of money 💰 and they have to prioritize races that are winnable. They carefully look at polling. It’s a numbers game.

Democrats have needed a change at the top for sometime now. Jeffries has not been very good. Schumer is too old to actually realize what the heck is actually happening at times.

What’s notable here is who’s saying it. Longwell is hardly a progressive cheerleader, and she’s openly skeptical of Florida. She’s still separating ideological agreement from whether a candidate is actually running a serious campaign.
