A lot of people don’t know this and there are some pretty shady reasons for that, but The fraud case against Trump was laughed out of the appellate court before the election. It went so bad for the attorneys prosecuting the case that their closing arguments were them begging not to be sanctioned.

I was reading up on this a while ago and people who have ran for president have been in prison serving their sentence. They may not be able to vote, depending on the jurisdiction, but they can run for president while serving their term. Only think I found that prevented someone was the amendment...

Unfortunately, a third of us thinks rape should think rape should only be actionable if done in the presence of four male witnesses, and another third doesn't care enough about the issue to register an opinion. That leaves folks like us in the minority.
