Once pardoned, these staffers won't have fifth amendment rights not to testify. Those Congressional hearings will just get sweeter and sweeter... After all, lying to Congress (or refusing to testify) after you've been pardoned is a brand new crime!

Congress could immediately improve the economy by revoking Trump's authority to impose new tariffs and ending the Iran War. It's pretty rare to do that without spending a lot of money!
