They're grooming terrorists. Group arousal from snuff visuals is a sick yet powerful method. It's why they bombed fishing boats and run them in the background when dweeby Mike Johnson is talking.

It would help if you hadn't directed people to commit murders in the Old Testament. And also if you hadn't directly killed millions of innocent people, including children, in the flood. (Of course I don't believe any of these God-directed dealth ever happened, but a lot of people do.) God always+

Well, TBH you let the people nail your son to a cross, wrote a book about it, and hang paintings of it in special buildings so people give you money. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Although the Bible says, “Thou shalt not kill”, the religious right LOVES the death penalty. In fact, they love it so much they can’t wait to livestream an execution. There is no longer any doubt that America is a “Christian nation”.

We obviously have a ton of sick Americans but (and call me crazy) this strikes me as the stuff of blue tsunamis. Even many of the asshole Americans who look down on the “shit hole” countries that do this, are going to recoil from this as a mark of a said countries.

Maybe it needs to be a white upper middle class conservative, see what black and brown families have to go through for once

I often wonder at this. I think all Abrahamic religions apply the 10 commandments to their followers (?) And I notice that “you shall not kill” comes UNCONDITIONALLY! That is, no exceptions; no wriggle room; no weasel words.

On your side, but technically, the Hebrew text uses the word that better means "unlawful" killing rather than killing in general. A better translation is "Thou shalt not commit murder."

Ratsach can mean both unlawful murder or lawful killing. Numbers 35:27 uses both in one sentence (all caps): "... and [should] the avenger of blood find him outside the borders of the city of his refuge, and the avenger of blood KILL the SLAYER, he [the avenger] shall not be guilty of blood."

Numbers 35:30 also uses both in one go (again, allcaps are translations of ratsach): "Whoso KILLETH any person, the murderer shall be PUT TO DEATH by the mouth of witnesses; but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die."

Yet originally written in Aramaic. Did Moses write in Hebrew or Aramaic? Also, the King James version has had far wider impact than merely CofE. I cannot believe all the references to ‘lord’ pre-dated a binle made for a king.

I didn't think we could go any lower as a country then we already are, but live streaming an execution, is as barbaric as it comes. Now we hang our heads in shame.

I'm sure it'll be pay-per-view, the Grifter King never saw a grift he didn't luv, maybe a discount for his mark-of-the-beast wearing "faithful". The (naked) Emperor-for-life giving out the bread and circuses just like old times! Are we not entertained!
