Well just make sure that you don’t go there if you have any issues. He needs to be sent to the hospital that is the farthest away from his home because they have bothered him the least

Move - he always has options. The Children's Hospital has been there for a long time. Was he not aware that the hospital was there? Just because you have money shouldn't mean you get to silence those trying to survive around you.

If only there was a method one could use to not live by a "noisy" hospital, like, say... moving somewhere else that isnt next to the "noisy" hospital. Just cause you're a rich asshole doesnt mean everyone must bow down and accommodate your every whim. Dont want noise? Move somewhere without.

there is ...you can move....but you'd obviously rather put children's lives at risk by having to drive an extra mile...this is the epitome of entitlement....I guess money makes you totally deviod of empathy....even for critically ill children....

People like this, and there are so many entitled who put themselves and their pettiness above the general good, are why I am seeing more guillotine memes then I’ve ever seen in my life…and “eat the rich” tee shirts!

At that point, if you're genuinely that rich why don't you donate funding to a college/uni which is researching quieter propeller technology. I know that Amazon is researching that for drone delivery technology.

Reminds me of what they did at Orange County Airport- residents of Newport complained about the noise of planes taking off, so pilots are required to take off at a steeper angle and then cut thrust when they’re above the neighborhood. This makes it one of the most unsafe airports to depart from

There is, however, a big difference between flying several dozen flights over your house A DAY as it's shaking from the sound and three helicopter flights A WEEK. -resident of SeaTac airport noise area

So airports shouldn’t exist, and if they do, airlines should be required to take off in a manner that increases the chances of a catastrophic accident? Is that what you’re saying?

Ah, another black & white response...if not one extreme than it has to be the other. Maybe that's why I'm a centrist Democrat...I recognize the need for the colors.

Thanks. I am unfamiliar with this site. Good to know since I can't tell these days. What I think is satire is real, and what I think could be real is satire. But, nothing is so far out there that it couldn't be true.

As a friendly FYI, it's often a good idea to click on a message's account/icon to get an idea where the poster is coming from. The Needling is very upfront about being "satire/parody" if you click on their account.

Fuckin' Hell ... now I realize 100% how the fuck Trump was re-elected. All you idiots commenting like this story is real need a remedial reading class and get your internet taken away. Jesus there's more BluSky imbeciles than I realized.
