I never realised that worf's brother was Candyman

Man, way too young :(

No doubt his voice and look were iconic

😢🖤

NOOOOOOO!!!! Tony was one of the most lovely men out there. He was always kind and happy to engage with all members of his fandom.

I didn’t know that

DEP

Will miss our chats

💔

This is like the fourth post I'm seeing, and it's the fourth different role of "best known for". Man did many roles, wow

Oh, a shame. ☹️

An amazing actor, seen him in so many things but the amazing if completely heart breaking performance he gives in The Visitor always stands out. RIP

I had no idea this was the same person and seeing the DS9 pic I immediately thought he looks like Candyman and he was! Oh man. That movie still scares me and I saw it once when it first came out in theaters.

Tony Todd was a wonderful Star Trek convention guest. I'm so sad that we've lost him.

Even pleading with Avery Brooks, that Todd voice just got into my bones. This one and Far Beyond the Stars always gut me.

One of the best episodes of Trek, and such a sublime, beautiful performances by Tony Todd. This is how I will always remember him.

This was, imho, the best episode of Trek. Ever. I can't believe Tony is gone. RIP Legend. Now, I'm gonna go watch "The Visitor" and have a good long cry. 😭

Okay, so that makes Ben Sisko either Worf's father or stepfather... Explains a lot.

great episode

Gone far too young. He was a very skilled actor.

We all know Kurn is a strong second place

awww

I just heard. What an amazing actor.

According to his upcoming projects list on IMDB.com he was going to be in the next Indiana Jones movie and they are planning another Final Destination what a sad loss we as fans had so much to look forward to from Tony! 😥

Oh no. Oh gosh this one hurts.
