Only in suburban and highway environments would I credit the FSD software on my Tesla with a 99%+ success rate. Cities and especially 2 lane roads it fails spectacularly. I need to intervene almost constantly. Be it to manage speed behavior, turning behavior, lane behavior, what have you.

Driving instructors know it is challenging to oversee bad drivers and intervene when they make a mistake. An ordinary commuter can't be expected to do that safely. I'm sure Tesla is aware of that.
