This is Billie. She ate a bunch of rocks. Wish we could say she regrets, it but honestly she seems pretty proud. She had emergency surgery to remove them, and now wears a muzzle on walks because she'd absolutely do it again. You can help cover her medical bill below ❤️‍🩹 15outof10.org/billie-2

My boy would rather chase and chew rocks than his own toys. This post scares me. Also, all pitties are lapdogs, doesn’t matter how big they are!

A dog where I work had two FB surgeries in 17 days to remove rags. He's had like 5 in 16 months. Ollie and Billie can be in the poor decisions and learned nothing club

‘diamonds are a girl’s best friend’. but not all rocks are diamonds. “This is Billie. She ate a bunch of rocks. Wish we could say she regrets, it but honestly she seems pretty proud. She had emergency surgery to remove them, and now wears a muzzle on walks because she'd absolutely do it again”

Yeah, misses the main reason. Our dog eats stones etc because she's a labrador and will eat anything that she can swallow. Taste, scent, organic nature... all secondary considerations. To be fair the only real problems have been live stinging insects, which make her quite unhappy. Usually.

I was walking a shelter dog when she pooped out a pile of small stones & gravel! She was so stressed, she ate them from the outside break area! Tummy xray showed a very large amount, but small enough for her to pass them.🙁shelter dogs are stressed😢
