I love the story, I love golden retrievers. Your naturally run warm, they have a fur coat on, …get that jacket off of him, or that robe, or whatever you choose to call it. He’s complaining about the heat. 🦮

It took Lola 9 months, but now she is the best watchdog in our building. We call her warnings “the murder bark.” 😂 (Grateful for our understanding and rescue-loving neighbors. )

I'm perfectly comfortable not believing in a heaven after this life. But it's very problematic not to believe in a hell - at least for those who abuse animals.

I rescued this little girl yrs ago from a guy on his way to the pound with her. She was 2 yrs old. She was 16 yrs old when she passed. In all those years, she never made a sound. She was the best Baby Girl. 😢

I love dogs howling. It's like baby's laughter to me. It makes me smile.

My beagle Skip was rescued from a testing facility. It took him 3 years to find his voice. He is still quiet for a beagle but it’s always a celebration when we hear him howl.
