I was raised south of the line, and now live on the north side of the line. Amazing, 10 miles, but what a difference. Kids are “young professionals” living in Denver, tried everything (including bribery) to entice them back to Michigan, not happening, lol
If you’re on this platform, any platform, and you’re spewing out… how dare they, how could they, fight back, get out in the street.
Unless you are in Every Conversation, asking the person you were talking to, who did you vote for, in Every Dinner, Every Meeting,
then don’t waste my fucking time here
This is exactly the Republicans want you to
say. Because they’re pretty sure you won’t
vote, or you vote third-party, same thing, ffs
(this isn’t up for discussion, these are facts)
What the hell??!! What is wrong with him?! It's not as it AI co. In California are paying their fair share of taxes to keep them there. He must be invested in those Co.
Why is it that this wonder technology is mostly only good at mischief?
It breaks out of jail, hacks everything, steals data, surveils and targets humans, conspires - it does all that stuff great.
Why don't the hallucinations that make AI bad at doing good stuff also make it bad at doing bad stuff?
Pass a law that says if AI does something that would be a crime if a person did it, then charge the CEO and board of directors with the crime, and don’t just levy a fine they get somebody else to pay. Actual prison time. Not pardonable.
You or I pull any one of the many stunts AI has and we get thrown in a hole and denied computer access for years.
But a billion dollar business does it and it's "oopsie, my bad" without consequence.
⚡️"At that moment, we received nothing.
Sanctions were lifted. Nobody gave us additional Patriot missiles.
Instead of expanding Starlink access, they reduced the speed of what we already had.
That is why there was a response."
Simply imagine a Lockheed, Boeing or other prime defense contractor - out of nowhere, no communication - implementing some terms of service or term in a contract they think they have without reaching out first to say we think you are violating this. As a result we will nerf your crucial technology.
SpaceX describes Starshield as a "secured satellite network for government entities" that "leverages Starlink technology." And don't forget SpaceX gets *paid* to provide both Starshield and Starlink to Ukraine by NGOs, governments, etc. Poland is a big customer so is U.S. Pentagon.
Musk said he restricted Starlink in Ukraine- causing fast moving drones to lose connectivity - and that he had every right to do so because of some terms of service or contract that he didn't show us. (He didn't address suddenly doing this with no warning to Kyiv.) www.cnbc.com/2026/10/24/u...

It seems highly improbable that private contractor a contractor could legally do this without 1/ warning the alleged party in breach and

1/ Russian warbloggers are applauding Elon Musk for being sympathetic to Russia. They suggest that he crippled Ukraine's Starlink/Starshield connection for fear of Russian retaliation, dislike of the Ukrainians, and a desire to make Ukraine pay more for using it. ⬇️
Analysis: Ukraine’s Starshield access is still crippled, and no one is taking the blame
Eleven days after Ukraine's Starshield terminals started mysteriously malfunctioning, there is still nobody in Washington who wants to take responsibility, while Trump administration offici...
🇺🇳 I wouldn’t dismiss the @wsj.com story about Trump pushing Orbán for UN chief. The leak itself may be the message: Orbán lost an election, but not his powerful backers or international clout. It may also signal that Trump puts ideology over diplomatic convention when choosing the next UN SecGen.
💥WSJ reports that Trump wants Viktor Orbán as UN secretary-general, with Russian and Chinese backing. Back in May, I reported that MAGA circles were already eyeing a top UN job for Orbán—then a DSG post to shield him from prosecution.

⚡️ The Trump administration has proposed former Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán for UN Secretary-General, a decision backed by Russia and China, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The US State Department estimates Orbán could secure at least eight votes in the UN Security Council.
"Viktor Orbán, U.N. Secretary-General?
Trump officials push the idea of a U.S.-Russia-China joint candidate." Yes, you read that right. www.wsj.com/opinion/vikt...
It’s stunning. I don’t know what to say about
the people in our agencies, who are willing
to go against the American public, the
voting public, in concert with Trump’s coup.
