#fefwspoilere man i do not understand that complaints about the miasma mechanic in fefw. you have a bunch of easy ways to clear it, or you can just simply not step in the tiles with it. i don't see the challenge.

reddit is full of ppl complaining about part 3 being hard and then you find out they 1) do nothing to clear miasma 2) step on miasma tiles 3) refuse to use either of the one man army characters [dietrich & eshmel] 4) won't use mars or aurora's blessings 🫩

this is more opinion based but i also think ppl overrate swords b/c they think you MUST use the cleansing blade for some reason??? IMO the best weapons are 1-2 range weapons, bar none. way too many enemies have 1-2 range weapons (or just 2 range weapons) that using anything else in enemy phase sucks

Dune

don't ask me how many times i've watched this new dune trailer

i really like the changes with chani because book chani............... girl................................. i think dune overall (as a series) makes up for it with tons of female characters of varying types, but only adapting two books and chani's storyline is Not Good in that small vacuum

my personal opinion on fe endings is you should read all of them because they often have bits of lore and interesting tidbits that don't exist elsewhere. that's the end of any guidelines i have on them, lol.

in all my years of writing fe3h fic i don't think i've ever 1 for 1 followed a single canon ending for any character or relationship, but i've always played around with knowledge gained from reading all the endings.

the thing about people who profess to being in a Fandom(tm) is that at some point they stop engaging with a text and start engaging with specific aspects of a text that they've also headcanoned to the point of total alienation from the text

almost bitched about someone's dumb shipping post and then saw someone else bitching about a ship I LIKE and went. woah. this is annoying actually. no one likes a ship complainer in public.

#fefw A thing I love with Theodora is that she's kind of a 'warts and all' character; she's a monarch but monarchs need to get their hands dirty; she sincerely loves Yu Phas but is a bit of a fundamentalist; she's admirable and cool, but her worst traits are just her best taken to extremes.
