Trump says Russia has been “fine” on Ukraine. That same day, a Russian drone killed one-year-old Angelina in her stroller and her mother, Inna, in Kharkiv. Six civilians died, including two children. This is Putin's war, not peace. #Ukraine #Russia #Trump #Putin Source: Kyiv Post

The US is now helping Russia kill Ukrainian civilians, and destroy Ukrainian energy infrastructure heading into winter. Another big line crossed. It's really bad. Only saving grace I can think of is this might reflect Trump and Putin's worry that the US midterms means their window is closing.

Humiliating and dangerous: Trump has now finally just made America an ally of the Kremlin and is aiding Putin in his war against an American friend and partner. Shameful betrayal of a US friend, and pathetic submission to a US enemy. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/1...

Crazy this is not obvious to Wall Street: every democracy saw what Musk did to Ukraine last week and confirmed security need for Starlink alternative. Those alternatives will not just serve defense needs, but also be viable commercial alternatives, crushing any hope of SpaceX's monopoly projections.

In the presidential immunity case, the court considered a hypothetical of a president ordering Navy Seals to assassinate an American political rival. Trump's lawyer argued unambiguously yes, since it'd be an "official act." The Roberts Court ruled in his favor, 6-3. Why wouldn't Trump believe this?

No matter what you think of AfD, it’s weird for the US president to publicly comment on a subnational election in Germany, and cheer for a party getting a plurality.
