I do have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow and I’ll have to ask for an opinion. I am at the very least working out and have mostly been drinking water. The only coffee I drink at home is black coffee. And I’ve been cutting back on the junk food and soft drinks.

I confess that I feel I should have taken better care of myself. It’s been difficult to lose the weight and I’m currently on blood pressure medications. And it’s been pointed out to me by my family that I snore unusually.

The fact Eric Bauza had passed on from hypertension (and sleep apnea apparently), it’s a good reminder to take good care of ourselves. Shit’s scary knowing that it can hit someone even when young.

This is a sad and rare untimely passing. Nothing like this happened in Warner Bros. Animation history since Robert McKimson died of a sudden heart attack in 1977, or when Greg Burson died of diabetes in 2008 or when Joe Alsskey died of cancer in 2016.

Eric Bauza, the current voice of Bugs Bunny and so many others, has unexpectedly passed away. I am gutted. A modern voice acting genius, Eric was the true successor to Mel Blanc while simultaneously always showing his respect and gratitude to Mel and all the others he followed.

I'm absolutely horrified and shocked to hear about Eric Bauza's death. He really captured the spirit of the Looney Tunes very well and I can't believe that he passed away today as young as he was. I will really miss him badly.

This might be possibly be the saddest celebrity death of the year to me after Tim Curry. I am very fortunate to have him be a follower of mine on Twitter for a few years now and loved his versions of Bugs, Daffy and Marvin in particular. Thank you Eric for all of the laughs and love
