We once flirted, boychick, and it was beautiful and fun. When I learned who I’d been flirting with, I realized how sweetly you’d treated me and what that said about you as a man. Your songs mean so much to me.

Being 72 years old. I keep thinking, wow, I’ve lived that long. 72 years.I have experienced all that time.

But, hitting 72 years? Definitely a plus.

Just reminding you that I fully plan on going to 120, good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.

It seems simultaneously a weird amazing goal and a thing I should definitely not brag on.

I’ve totally lost the thread. Don’t know what I was searching for. But I longed for my sweet Coyote, my beautiful Ben. He eventually married and then divorced another woman. I yearned for him all that time. And finally, in the 1990s, the internet got big enough that I found him again.

I found him, just as he began dying of cancer. And it was such a slow process, getting in touch with him, via a person I couldn’t tell the things I wanted to say to him. I wanted to tell him how I had always loved him. How I wished I had joined my heart to his.

I am disabled. I’m fucking 72 years old with likely EDS leading to all my joints breaking down, but I fully intend to live out my 120 as much as the good Lord grants. I’m posting this photo of Robert Plant because it says so much. When I look on his sweet face I feel all that.

He’s tearful at the end. John Bonham’s son does his dad proud. What a moving performance. Back when the Kennedy Center was worthy of its namesake.

John F. Kennedy was one of the last great presidents. Jimmy Carter was. another.

I love Robert’s sweet tearful face. this is the kind of man I love. Can I mention a few? Charles Gaba, who does so much to get people together with health care. All of the guys at WFMU, who make all that beautiful music available with their volunteer work.
