TRUMP 2016: “Hillary is running for president in what looks like a rigged election.” TRUMP 2026: “If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000.”

That’s such an important point. There was a case here where a quadriplegic man went to the ER and was denied a special mattress and wasn’t regularly turned. He developed horrible pressure sores and ended up doing MAiD because he “didn’t want to be a burden”. That ER made him feel like a burden

I want to vote for Progressive Democrats, not centrist, corporatist toe the line, take the legalized bribery donations, and continue to do the insider trading status quo Democrats, because the status quo Democrats brought us to where we are today, temporarily fubared, until we vote out this fascist.

In 2025, Donald Trump tried to take over voting via Executive Order. We sued and won. Then his DOJ sued 30 states to get their full voter files. We intervened and won. DOJ is 0-21. Now, DOJ is asking the SCOTUS to permit Trump to leverage the US Postal Service to attack voting.

CNN ran the numbers: climate ranks 14th with voters, at 3%. In 2016, 40% called it a very big problem. In 2026, 39%. Ten years, the hottest decade ever recorded, $1.5 trillion in disaster losses and it moved one point the wrong way. That's not on them. That's on us.

Trump was elected to eliminate the Corporate Transparency Act so the oligarchy could keep laundering money. It required many companies to report to FinCEN who actually owns or controls them, which makes it harder for rich people, money launderers, and other bad actors to hide behind anonymous LLCs.

Dumbfounded. These Ocean Temps are WILD! Surface ocean temps departure from normal. The Tropical Eastern Pacific El Niño region is +8-12°F. And we still have months of warming ahead of us! We have reached this intensity 3 months ahead of any other El Niño on record. It’s in its own Universe.

This sets Arctic climate research back so far. What a shame. The pain is the point, however.

Can someone explain to me why #YouTube is listing Dog Day Afternoon as a documentary? Enshittification is in full force and not even Al Pacino and John Cazale have been spared!

Watching #AppleTV 's #WidowsBay, it really was awesome seeing women subvert tired horror tropes. That’s why we need more women as showrunners. Thank you, Katie Dippold.

More research showing climate models are not in line with NASA CERES satellite observations. The rate of global heat uptake is increasing much faster than in the real world than in models. This should be front page news everywhere, but won't be covered anywhere.
