giving myself another week of post vacation recovery time. first week of november we'll be doing a one-off LSD dream emulator stream for halloween. then after that it's the yearly resident evil streams with code veronica. echo streams will also start back up again in a couple of weeks.

oh right i should fill you all in on what's been going on: so i had a huge breakdown while setting up zelda stream last week. i'm scaling things back severely to give myself time to recover: i'm abandoning the 100% run plans for wind waker, and then taking the whole of october off.

echo streams with zach i hope will continue as planned, but zelda should be wrapped up in just one or two streams. after that, saturdays are gone until november, where halloween streams will happen. (a month late. i only get to play resident evil once a year and i don't intend to miss that chance!)

i'll be going to a small furcon in late october anyway, so this is kind of a perfect opportunity to take a little vacation. i might've pushed myself a bit too hard this year, and i need to be gentle with myself in recovery. i'm sorry for the disruption in schedule. i love and appreciate you all. 💛

Hank Green: after getting in trouble for possibly using LLM to help script a video, and denying that but admitting to using LLMs for research, has now posted an "apology video" and included an AI policy for himself that forbids using LLMs for user-facing stuff but allows using AI for research.
