Private hosting gives a company control over who can participate. When the forum is public, access then depends on private discretion. Standards for those forums must be constitutionally mandated so public rights do not rest on a company’s choice. techstory.in/tiktok-perma...
The right of the individual and the good of the whole have to remain in balance. Protect property, speech, enterprise and association vigorously while building constitutional machinery strong enough that none of them can be converted into ownership of the Republic. www.facebook.com/share/1JgLFc...

It's funny/not funny how everyone who demands a plan says they HAVE THE ONE but then offer no action for each individual besides what those who care are already believe they are taking? We've been body/brain-snatched by our own need to follow false leaders to be saved when they are who stop us!?

From the war in the Middle East to undermining our allies & threatening our national security, the stakes could not be higher! We cannot afford to sit this election out, as our national security, our communities, and our future are at risk. Time to get out & vote. Our future depends on it!
The gap is real, but a snapshot of paper wealth is a blunt tool. The real gap is structural: the wealthy borrow against assets, never sell, and heirs get a step-up in basis. Treat large loans against appreciated assets as a sale and end step-up. Tax real transactions, not guesses.
California’s billionaires have a combined net worth of $2.4 trillion. Under Prop 40, their net worth would fall to…just under $2.3 trillion. What amounts to a rounding error for them would allow millions of their fellow Californians to afford healthcare. Vote yes on Prop 40.

Dr. Debby Day said her bosses at Cigna gave her a stark warning: Work faster, or the company might fire her. She said her bosses cared more about being fast than being right: “Deny, deny, deny. That’s how you hit your numbers.” (Published April 2024 w/ @capitolforum.bsky.social)
The constitutional implications are staggering and clear. A constitution binds government power. When those limits fail to bind, officials can treat rights as permissions they may revoke. That is the opposite of constitutional government. newrepublic.com/post/215177/...

It’s bad enough that Gavin Newsom opposes California’s Prop 40. But he also supports Prop 42, a billionaire-backed poison pill that would cancel out Prop 40 entirely and make it impossible to enact future wealth taxes. It’s clear whose side he’s on. Remember this in 2028.
