I spent the morning at the San Antonio immigration court. It’s out of control. Crawling with ICE - arresting legal immigrants showing up for court appearances. I asked one officer who they are prioritizing. His answer: everyone. I need to share with you what I saw.

Breaking WaPo: The recent death of a detainee at an immigrant detention camp in Texas has been officially deemed a homicide, according to an autopsy report released Wednesday by the El Paso County Office of the Medical Examiner.

A memo was released by ICE instructing agents to violate the U.S. Constitution. ICE told officers and agents that they can forcibly enter homes without warrants signed by judges. The memo was from ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, was shared with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn) by two whistleblowers.

But in a sense it's actually worse than a war crime, because there is no war. It's just a crime. It's a crime—murder—whether or not the aircraft can be identified as part of a military force.
