BBC deliberately misleading headline part 76. In the video the reporter actually says that is was the php engineers who discovered the flaw in 2024. But was “theoretical” because they couldn’t work out an exploit. It’s only “AI” was able to hammer it & work out an exploit it didn’t find the flaw.

When they talk about reducing red tape, remember this image.

The pitch here seems to be, ‘we’ll build the houses and infrastructure we failed to build during the 14 years we were in government, but we’ll do it in the most damaging and lowest quality way possible’. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

This is why Trump can’t stand Black women. They don’t take his shit. Let’s appreciate Rep. Joyce Beatty for being the fighter we need. Trump: “I think you’re incompetent.” Beatty: “I know you’re incompetent.” Then she reminded him: “You had more bankruptcies than anybody in the room.” 🔥

I’ve reached the point - well actually, I reached it a while ago - where I’m militantly anti-AI. Fine - use it in bioscience labs and radiology where it might help analyse data more effectively. Use it sparingly for systems engineering. Everywhere else, it can fuck off.

This need’s distributing widely. Hopefully it will make people understand what people mean by privacy concerns re SM, this is the consequence of being the “product and not the customer”.

This is gross, violating, and terrifying. Meta AI gives open access for anybody to profile, stalk, and track the children of its users. This post-privacy age would have been Epstein's wet dream. How did we let it get this far?

‘Listening’ to ‘legitimate concerns’ is what led us to violent riots in Thetford. Embracing flag-shagging is what inspires lynch mobs. These are the worst of people, and we should have said so clearly and loudly from the start. We should be saying it now.

What a brilliantly simple idea. For the negative posters saying surgeons use staples, well surely they can just put a short length of the suture trapped under the staples so everyone is happy.

Judge rules Trump must hand over financial records sought by BBC in discovery, in defamation case Trump brought against BBC - www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... There's a basic leverage issue here: Trump's cronies run the FCC & FTC, so he can threaten broadcast licenses and mergers in the US, but not UK

I understood from Burnham supporters is that he is politically far more astute than Starmer. If that is true then appointing Mahmoud as Chancellor is an astonishing faux paux. Quite apart from her utterly alienating record as Home Secretary www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

Sick & tired of people being unable comprehend that you can totally decry Farage for inciting violence and rage AND ALSO believe that the murder of Henry Nowak was utterly horrendous and that the police got it very wrong. These things are NOT mutually exclusive!

Lately I’ve been in an indie team making stop-motion animation. It’s just 4 of us (animator, writer, voice actor, sound designer). The show’s called The Tiny Angry Witch. It’s all basically hand made. No AI. It’s tiring, but we love what we do. So, anyway, here’s a Witch making rude noises:

Oh dear another fragile poster in @bluebirdk7.bsky.social who can't handle the truth, I'm guessing that they don't have any evidence at all of K7 on full plane like this photo from Bute because they would've shown the evidence but because I didn't fall for the museum gaslighting I get blocked.

Adrian Cherry@apcherrys7.bsky.social

Found an example from 1 of the many runs on Bute. You can clearly see it's floating on a bed of air underneath the main hull & sponsons. There's a solid metal lump of a planing wedge right at the back of the sponson, in full planing only this is in the water. Clue's in the name 3 point hydroplane.

and on the reserve list Nigel Farage - Russian Stooge Nigel Farage - Trump Apologist Nigel Farage - AI promotion Nigel Farage - tax avoidance specialist Nigel Farage - crypto laundering expert.

I’ve been hearing so much anger and disappointment from frontline workers about the BBC investigation into fraudulent asylum claims. One of the most damning responses has come from one of the experts they interviewed, solicitor Ana Gonzalez. It’s really worth reading her response in full:

This is why I’m here: 🧵Trigger warning: suicide I am the proud mum of a trans woman, Alice. Alice came out to her best friend, Lucy when she was sixteen, to her sister, Kate a few months later. She didn’t come out to me. Why not? Probably because I’d absorbed media transphobia 1/10

I BEG every smug commentator who praised Mahmood for doing the “tough but necessary thing” to read this. All the disadvantages of plummeting immigration for the economy & public services, for NO POLITICAL GAIN. Labour in DESPERATE need of a 180 change of course on immigration
