The streets are calling Graves the easiest character in the game to play. She's braindead, you don't have to aim, just W+M1 to win blah blah blah. Look, maybe more of you mother fuckers need to be playing her because your Solomon gun build ain't cutting the mustard.

When you learn a new character, the game matches you with mid strength players. Losing makes you match with worse players. The deal with that is, when you have worse players on the enemy team, you probably have worse players on your team.
Big fan of a concept I've come to know as the "9 idiots theory of mobas". It roughly goes: you are always at an advantage in a match. The enemy has 5 chances to have idiots on their team and you only have 4 chances because you're not an idiot, are you?
Deadlock added an old jamaican guy whose kit is a complex combination of actual chess moves that shoot you and it's now surpassed Team Fortress 2's all time peak players, all while you still need an invite to play. Valve is winning game of the year in permanent alpha phase

Wife suggested we switch things up a bit and watch movies about American race horses so we saw Seabiscuit last night. I have complicated thoughts on it for something that was just ok
Very strange movie. The first half is a weird history lesson about the Great Depression. Bold desicion to not have the titular house not show up until an hour into the movie. Bold desicion to have the movie kinda suck until the horse shows up.
It's 3 stories about down and out people that meet to race a down and out horse. That's when the movie gets a focus. Beautifully shot, terribly told.
I'll put it below New Era and Top Road but above Pretty Derby
I follow a bunch of artists and a few of them are doing the malfoid trend. Other than "fuck JKR, read a different book", the only thing I have to add to the discourse is the void that Nagatoro left is finally being felt
I forgot to post it before the first character came out but here is my wish list and expected release schedule for the City Never Sleeps cast in Deadlock
This is obviously post Rat King but I think everyone knew he was dropping first. Truth be told, I had him ranked higher on my wishlist until I played my very first match where somebody on my team said "DUDE HE'S EATING EPIC PIZZA, EVERYONE VOTE RAT KING!"
Now I want that reddit ass rodent dead.
I had Violet way way lower until I saw this and even if I know she won't sound like a guy doing a French voice, this interpretation gives her a lot of personality
Secretly installing a dead man's switch in all the relationships I've made with people in that when I die, everyone automatically will feel bad about it
Watched Umamusume Road to the Top last night. I thought that everything happening with Admiral Vega was way more interesting than Top Road's whole deal. Still a fun watch!
Learned a guy who's opinion I hold on high regard has had a tattoo of Mario shooting a fireball for years. It's making me a lot less precious with the thought of preserving the sanctity of my body if somebody I'm close to just said fuck it
Following up on this. As Van was walking out of the arena, Rogan was saying "Yeah none of the judges gave a single round to Pantoja. I guess this match wasn't as close as we thought it was" and I wanted to punch a hole through my TV
I'm watching Cinderella Grey and I was posting about how pogged up I am over Norn Ace and Obey Your Master. Somebody messaged me saying "I need Fujimasa March so bad."
This world is so big.
My brother told me he rented Splatoon Raiders from the library but he's not liking how slow the beginning of the game is. I told him you do some crazy Devil Daggers shit at the end. I hope he gets there.
Watched Shaun "The Sheriff" Sharif walk out wearing a kaffiya, knock out a rapist MMA fighter in 12 seconds and recite an Islamic prayer to a cheering audience. Announcers saying "he won for his family in Palestine".
I have my issues with UFC but when it's good, it's great.
Watched episode 2 and 3 of supernatural yesterday. I didn't know anything about it other than it was popular on tumblr and in the final season, a major character from a popular ship gets Spawn (1997)'ed. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUyk...
Which is to say, I didn't know the show was just The X-Files. Those two eps were entertaining and the practical effects looked neat. A worthy successor. I don't have religious trauma so that will be hit or miss whenver the show becomes exclusively that but I've enjoyed what I've seen thus far
I think my opinion on video games is I really like Marathon and while it's a bummer for many that season 3 got pushed back, I'm chilling humongously because I'll be playing Deadlock again once that update hits at the end of the month. See y'all in December, Runners
