Tired of Americans who use ignorance as a weapon. God is imaginary and "Rights" are a social construct. Decisions should be based on evidence, not feelings or traditions. Stories about dragons are a metaphor for rich people who hoard money

I have to turn off the great firehose of drumpf shit being forced down my throat every minute of every hour of every day. No more social media or news, it is too depressing, demoralizing, and deafening. I can weep no more.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

Senator Susan Collins is a fascist collaborator and is 100% responsible for Felon 47's policies. Period.

Yes, he is your party’s president and leader. You have supported him in the past and you support him now. He is tangibly hurting people in Maine, and you will prattle on, act concerned, and do nothing. You will own everything he does to hurt Mainers and everyone else.

📌Three soldiers are dead tonight. Their Commander in Chief took no responsibility for it, and didn’t show a shred of empathy. He is a tiny man, a coward, completely unfit for duty, and an embarrassment to all of us who served. I spit on him.

Americans, remember you are supporting and funding nazis with your taxes. You have no moral high ground. Your vote was five minutes on one day, but all year you worked hard to pay nazis.

As the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wisely said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." Today and every day, I pledge to never silence my voice in the fight for what is right, and I will continue to march in the path he forged toward justice.

About 500 years ago Martin Luther wrote his theses and he brought an end to rich people buying their way into a fake paradise, creating the Protestant movement which has helped rich people buy their way into a fraudulent government.

If 1 person doesn't pay their taxes, they go to jail. If 10,000 people don't pay their taxes, they go to jail. If 10,000,000 million don't pay their taxes, the government stops

My heart is broken. Mostly I've been angry lately, but today I'm just very very sad. We are losing everything that makes America great and replacing it with hate and stupidity. The America I know and love will never be the same. I'm so very very sad. This is a tragic loss.

Social media removed dislike/thumb down buttons because it discouraged the popularity of harmful content, which brings more views despite being harmful. We have to instead not click, not upvote, and not comment, which is hard, but worthwhile.

DEI is the bogeyman for those who believe that if I’m gaining, they must be losing. The idea that everything would be fine if only white men ran the world is a weak argument—clung to by insecure men who can’t handle reality. DEI ensures women & BIPOC are looked at fairly IN ADDITION to white men.

Agree- "Democrats should not propound the dubious assertion that Trump can operate rationally and in good faith. Mouthing this platitude makes Democrats look weak, foolish and unprepared to stand up to an authoritarian agenda." by @jenrubin.bsky.social www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...
