i am inviting anyone from a legacy media organization to explain to me why the house judiciary dems report on trump’s epstein’s ties and multiple allegations of rape isn’t worthy of extensively reporting on. i’m serious. i want to understand.

I'm going to try to do this cleanly. Today's right wing governments are networked to each other. Those networks are well-documented. You can read about them in books. Following the elections in one node of that network is good practice for understanding the U.S. node.

Fascists around the world are building cross-country partnerships. Any competent pro-democracy effort at home would do well to partner with and learn from pro-democracy movements abroad. So congrats and appreciation to the democratic movement leaders in Hungary, Serbia, and Brazil!!!

I really like the point made here: Dems should be making a public case right now for novel tactics like defunding Trump's corrupt prosecutions, to make them more intelligible later:

The orientation I want congress to have: productive conflict is GOOD. Dems have a real credibility gap. They need to communicate clearly to the public what they are for. Hold the regime accountable and force Trumpists to oppose popular stuff. Don't muddy the message with watered down bipartisan BS.

I can confirm. Indivisible Action spends about a dime of every dollar raised on fundraising costs, which is very efficient. They are a good example of what a genuine grassroots operation looks like.

At a time when fascist tech zillionaires are using their obscene wealth to fund the entire Republican Party, it's absurd and self-defeating for any Democratic politician to oppose this. This isn't rocket science. They're the bad guys! The people want you to fight them!

"You're tweeting about the streamer you didn't want to talk about more than the Republican you say you want to defeat." Establishment elites trying to maintain plausible deniability while undermining the Dems in the general election will fail on both fronts. We will win, and we will remember.
