Atomic Timmy

Hello and welcome! I am the lead guitarist for the surf rock/196X band "Atomic Timmy and the Nuclear Pinups". Why not follow us on Tidal?

So it's been two weeks since I last posted. Bought a new phone that only does calls and text, and it's been really nice for my mental health. I'll make sure to post on here whenever I'm doing music-related stuff, but I'm done with the whole doom scrolling thing.

Ahhhhh!!!! Just got the email from Steam that I'll be getting my controller soon! Ahhhhh!!!!

Playing around with the new Luna DAW update, and not only can I now have collapsible folders for tracks, but those folders act as a bus!! Now to try out the new MIDI stuff. Much excite! #luna #daw #recording #detroit #homestudio

This Friday, August 7, is Bandcamp Friday! From midnight to midnight Pacific Time, we’ll waive our revenue share and pass the funds directly to artists and labels. What will you be adding to your collection? https://bit.ly/4wEWMVT

Just a few more things to do, but my home studio is looking amazing! #homestudio #music #detroit

Star Trek Crossover Pictures and Videos

My partner and I seeing a commercial for Mercury Fiber: Me: So it's going to help you poop but also make you go crazy? Her: Like the Mad Hatter's tea party but with diarrhea. Also her: EVERYBODY CHANGE PLACES!

Thanks for all your support!

A Very Bad Thing to Do….

I can’t believe that Will Ferrell and Ben Stiller never did a parody of this.

We crossed the Gordie Howe International Bridge. Here's what it looked like

Just here watching a thing about Bugs Bunny, and they had a short interview with Danny Thomas. "Oh, look. Danny Thomas. The lesbian."

There needs to be more Thai artists on Bandcamp. That is all.

QTP with a gif of your favorite Pokemon! (Wrong answers only)

Just got a box full of new boardgames! I'll need to take a week off to play them. Lol

As a child, I wondered why old people wanted a walk-in bathtub with bubble jets. Now as an old person, I want one.

Had the Presonus 3.5s for as long as I can remember, and definitely needed an upgrade. Got myself a pair of CLA-10s. Absolutely love them! #homestudio #recording #music #surfrock #detroit

Now at the chainsaw boom stick part. Second one is definitely better than the first, IMO.

As someone who has never watched any of it, I think it's time to spend the day watching through all the Evil Dead movies.

Welp, everything is all yellow and smoky here Downriver due to the Canadian wildfires.

Do you know the story of Idlewild, Michigan? From the 1940s to the early 1960s, Idlewild was one of the very few places in the entire country where African-Americans were allowed to rent and purchase lakeside property.

Here I am, watching NASCAR for the first time in a long time. I don't think I know who any of these drivers are.

I'm so sick of fighting people who think that mental illness means dangerous. Less than 5% of violent crimes have anything to do with such, and all they're doing is perpetuating the stereotype. We are far more likely to be victims of violent crimes, especially when police are involved.

Legendary Welsh singer and songwriter Bonnie Tyler, best known for Total Eclipse of the Heart and Holding Out for a Hero has died aged 75.

This is Riley. Now that she's not afraid of the basement anymore, she comes down and sits on the couch next to me when I watch movies in the home theater. #dogs #movienight #hometheater

Got this in the mail today, thanks to Gruv. My partner has never seen Time of Their Lives, and that needs to change. She's so uncultured. Lol #movies #physicalmedia #movienight

Wrist is killing me today. Wanted to get yard work done, but that's not going to happen. I'll just chill and watch Flash Gordon.

Some Dreamcast love. ♥️

Only ever watched the first season of Crystal (which I loved), and a few random original episodes. Decided to finally get the PHYSICAL COPIES and watch it all the way through from the beginning #sailormoon #anime #physicalmedia

100⁰F outside. Haven't been able to sleep well, and it's been screwing with my mental health.

Spent a week cleaning my basement, and now I have my theater back. Currently watching:

Q in full Starfleet uniform in a bubble bath with Janeway will never not be funny to me.

Welp, my SegaCD seems to have finally decided to quit. It's more than likely the laser, but I'm not a console tech. I'll have to call Retro-Taku and see if they can fix it. Probably get it re-capped along with my Genesis while I'm doing it.

Going to the races tonight! #racing #flatrock #busrace

Thomas House of Dublin exhibiting the pro-human solidarity that all of us should demonstrate.

Took me a lot longer than I'd like to admit, but I figured out a way to watch the US cricket league games. You'd think we'd be allowed to watch them in the US, but between WillowTV being impossible to use and region lockouts, I had to get a VPN.

Name a TV show you're positive no one remembers but you. I offer you all Count Duckula!

Partner just got home and I had her listen to the new song I'm doing. Her comment? "It sounds like a surfing song," while pretending to surf with arms flailing. I guess that's a good thing. Lol

Been in the home studio all day working on new stuff. Hoping this turns into a new EP. Can you believe it's been three years since the last one?! #music #surfrock #raypunk #detroit

There's nothing like watching over-the-air TV. This antenna was a good buy. I've missed channel surfing.

If you're wanting to boycott the FIFA world cup, may I recommend watching the Women's Cricket World Cup instead? Definitely a lot more exciting.
