Humph! in my poor, insignificant opinion, I regard this as queer.

Times are tight all around, but publishing short fiction is expensive. Even if you can only kick in $1 to help keep the magazines you love afloat, please kick in that $1. People who bring you great art deserve to be paid for their work, too.

Congratulation @authortachan.bsky.social for PW naming The Celestial Seas as one of their Best Books of the Year! What a journey this has been :)

In honor of pub day and my not-so-secretly favorite character, Jeffrey the skeleton rabbit, some writer-friends (and one of their moms! and my lovely partner!) have blessed us all with these fabulous skelebuns! Art credit in alt-text + next post 🐇🦴❤️

Readers: Please don't be embarrassed to reach out to an author if you like their work (and review it too!) These types of things may seem small but they can make an ENORMOUS difference, especially if the author isn't a major bestseller/breakout

Rough Draft vs Final Draft

IT IS OFFICIALLY BONE BRIDES MONTH, Y’ALL, and there are only 28 more sleeps before my book-baby is out in the world! Who wants to play bingo with me? ^.^

my writer's downfall is my overzealous love of having characters interrupt each other's dialogue

Q: What is the absolute, #1 best thing you can do to support an author and help their ability to publish more books? A: PREORDER THEIR BOOK! 🧵

‼️THIS WEEK‼️ Excited to be at LA Con and hanging with all you amazing humans. Come check out an amazing panel about Diaspora in SFF, pick up some swag at my author signing, and chat about everything and anything during a morning stroll. #worldcon #lacon

IT’S HEEEEEERE! It’s up on Netgalley, there’s a Goodreads giveaway running for physical copies, and the cover is officially live! Can’t wait to share this book about social media and influencers, race, parasocial relationships, and how far we’ll go to cling to what we feel we deserve.

Surprise!!! I get to write about werewolves now too!!! I so firmly believe in this book, and I'm SO thrilled to have found a home with Orange Blossom! I hope you're all ready to fall in love with a chronically ill werewolf, her nerdy best friend, and the shenanigans they get up to along the way!

We match, don't we? #Cat #Caturday
