Got a 2min conspiracy pitch from a random guy while out on a trail last night. Chemtrails, moon landing, flat earth, the whole package. Impressive really for how brief the encounter was.

Couldn't see the new 007 game on any of the front facing XBOX store pages, had to scroll about 5 pages down on a sub menu to find it at all. Yeah there are a lot of games being released these days but its been out less than a week... Enjoying the game so far, anyway!

Finished Piranesi, which I thought was great. I was worried about it stumbling at the end, but it wrapped up really nicely... One of those things I'm glad I didn't read much about before picking it up! Intriguing throughout.

Went into "The Chair Company" not really knowing what to expect, and finished it yesterday still not knowing what to expect.

Good item naming in Titan Quest 2

Well alright, Hell is Us, I’m intrigued.

Took some getting used to, but playing #PathOfExile2 on WASD controls as Mercenary (with a big crossbow) is a lot of fun.

Played a round of the Battlefield 6 beta and the biggest thing missing is my ability to be good at Battlefield games. Still having fun though.

Every time I wall climb in Doom I wonder what my feet are doing. Is the slayer in like a beast pose gripping with all fours or are they just dangling

Played Fortnite for the first time in a while over the weekend. There is so much stuff in that game now, and it’s interesting to me how the mode with fort building disabled is more popular than the original one.

About 5 hours into Doom: The Dark Ages, and I’m fairly confident it’s my favourite of the 3 modern Doom games.

Getting excited for more DooM!!

Flying Waters in Expedition 33 is wonderful.

Even on easy difficulty I’m terrible at the dodge and parry timing in Expedition 33. Very frustrating.

Jumping into the Oblivion remaster blind. I mean, I played the original a whole lot, but I watched maybe 2 mins of the reveal stream today, so I’m not sure what exactly has been changed or updated.

Went to go play Death Stranding, realised I don’t have the PS5 upgrade, now I’m just paying Astro Bot instead.

Hope everyone that can safely make it to GDC has a good time. It’s been 7 or 8 years since I went last, and the world has changed so much since then!

Watched Heretic this weekend, strong premise and first half but otherwise ended up being just ok. Felt like a lot of it was over explained… should have kept some of the goings on a mystery, or at least up for interpretation.

Think I’ll wait to watch the Minecraft movie until there are some decent community mods available
