The TD should be named. All who gave references should be named. Anyone giving references for sex offenders should forfeit the right to stand for election to any position of authority.

The 'movement' supposedly tryin to ensure that hauliers have affordable access to fuel, is reportedly doing targetted harrassment of the families of drivers trying to deliver fuel. None of this makes sense as protest. It makes entire sense as an extremist attack on our infrastructure. #spéirghorm

Reading Kiera Bell's story it's clear she wasn't trans, she wanted to fit in with her male friends. She fooled doctors because it's what she wanted. To try and punish people, who are actually trans, for misleading others is abhorrent. The truth of many needs to supercede the voice of the minority

Fascinating ruling this morning from the CJEU: EU law requires countries to recognise an acquired gender of their own citizens, if that recognition is needed to give effect to their freedom of movement and their rights to work and live elsewhere within the EU.
