www.404media.co/proton-to-re... After reading this I'm looking for an alternative mail host (not interested in self hosting) for my LLC. I see digital ocean has also fully embraced this shit so I guess I'm in the market for a VPS/DNS host as well. Maybe I should just abandon the internet.

There's just a couple days left of Steam Next Fest. If you haven't yet, why not try out my demo? I'm just putting some finishing touches on the game to do the full release next month! #solodev #indiedev #noai #steamnextfest s.team/a/4535610

Steam Next Fest is underway and my game is participating! If sorting a garden of pixel art vegetables sounds interesting to you then please check it out! I made everything in this game myself and I'd love to hear any feedback before releasing it. #SteamNextFest #SoloDev #NoAI s.team/a/4868460

Steam Next Fest begins today and my game is one of the many being featured. I haven't had time to make an updated trailer yet unfortunately, but I have added a ton of polish and even a brand new mechanic. Even if you've tried it before, why not check out out again? s.team/a/4535610

The story is only about a third to half of what I wanted to include, and none of the novel ideas I had made it in, so it's a pretty stock text adventure but I had fun making an engine that was fun to work with. I might come back to it after vegetableau is released.

I love dealing with Apple. Can't sign my game because there new legal terms to agree to. Great, let's log in and accept them. Oh, my account is locked? Okay, let's unlock it. I need to provide my email, a CAPTCHA, and my phone number. Then apple calls me to tell me an OTP.

Now my account is unlocked, but I still have to log in for some reason. So I go to log in. Apple needs to call me again with a second OTP before I can finally log in and click accept on the agreement. Who knows how long I'll have to wait for notarytool to know I clicked it.

Played this at one of the GDQs a while back. Really solid platforming and an incredible aesthetic.

REBOUNDER. A new game developed by ThirtyThree, published by Aggro Crab. Rebounder is a hand-crafted precision platformer about a roughneck worker recruited for a hazardous job on a distant planet. Nail the run. Deliver your line. Dropping 2027.

Got some feedback that the controls were unclear in Vegetableau so I added some hints that appear after a short delay if you haven't figured them out yet. This video shows with a gamepad plugged in but it will show keyboard inputs if there isn't one.

Played this demo for a couple hours last night. Really awesome chill game with an incredible aesthetic and soundtrack. I'll definitely pick this up when it releases.

This is Ship Miner, an action game about mining asteroids with retro aesthetics (with love for nostalgic players)🎮 Play the Demo on Steam or just add to your Wishlist!🙏 If you want, join the private beta, I am adding new content today and would love some feedback about it🫶

I submitted my demo build to steam over the weekend and waiting for them to review it is making me so anxious. While I do like the convenience of buying/installing/updating games via steam and I understand they have limited staffing for reviewing things, the gatekeeping is still annoying.

I'm trying to decide how much I want to lean into steam for my game. I want to include achievements and leaderboards. Implementing the latter myself is pretty time consuming, but that means distribution on, say, itch would not get the same experience.

I have finally jumped through all the hoops and have a working macOS build pipeline for both steam and direct download. It was a mess to untangle but I'm happy it's done. Even if I don't like Apple products I don't want to exclude anyone that chooses to use them.

I'm trying to get code signing figured out on macOS for my upcoming game and it's really taking the wind out of my sails. I am going to keep at it for the two people that will buy my game to play on a mac but sheesh.

I bought something from overseas and they shipped it via FedEx who then had the audacity to charge me a $10 duty fee and a $15 fee for paying the duty fee for me in advance. I understand paying the duty fee, but claiming I owe you 150% interest on a $10 loan I never asked for feels like extortion.

If so called masculine men really appreciated strength, they would worship trans people because coming out as trans takes a bajillion times more strength than to be a mean and aggressive white man.
