My wife, a prodigious sleep-talker, failed to disclose her affliction when we started dating, which led to the fright of my life the night she sat bolt upright in bed and in a low flat monotone loudly declared that “THIRTEEN BABIES REMAIN UNFATHERED.”

More and more when I see the latest triple-A video game studio offering, I find myself saying, "If you want to make a movie, just make a movie." Sure, it has an insane amount of polish and is technically impressive, but the gameplay looks like an afterthought. This isn't just a GTA6 problem.

Dolly Parton rose from poverty to stardom. She gave $500 to every student in her hometown who finished high school; she built hospitals & bald eagle preserves; her Imagination Library has gifted 300 million books to children. Roger Ebert met her and came away thinking she was a literal angel. RIP.

I don’t really post on here much, but I just wanted to scream from the rooftops that you should all read Dungeon Crawer Carl before the series comes out. Thank me later. Those books absolutely rip.

Just listening to the the upcoming Star Fox game’s music on the Nintendo app and having a little teary moment. Don’t mind me. This has been so lovingly orchestrated and crafted. Getting me right in the nostalgia.

I want to use the Bandcamp for more than just my discography. It's the perfect place to upload music that wouldn't make sense to put on streaming services. Think one-offs and some stranger releases. Is there anything you'd like to hear there? Let me know.

So my parody song where I played all the instruments (shout out to Chloe Holgate’s amazing vocals) was too good. It tricked AI into thinking it was a sample and intellectual property theft. We all know AI is bullshit and a scam, but I’m also going to pat myself on the back for this one.

Fun fact, this was supposed to be out a lot sooner, but a certain company that will remain nameless refused to post the album because they were convinced I sampled Lana Del Rey’s Video Games. Talking with their customer service was a pain…

I kept getting auto responses while I tried explaining what parody was and how it was protected by the first amendment. Blah blah blah. Finally I got through to a human and they explained that their AI flagged my song because it was convinced I sampled the LDR song

Have you ever reverse engineered a track so well for a parody that youtube and your music distributor both flag it for illegal use of samples? Once again, I am a victim of my own success.
